We survived Ike!

Well, the boys and I fled to San Marcos but Brandy stayed behind to watch the house. I am glad everything is OK with our house and him but I don't know that I'd let him do it again. He sent us updates every 3 hours or so throughout the night which made me feel a little better but the thought of 100mph winds flying at your house is what worried me. He had a generator so that made me feel good to. Our electricity actually went back on yesterday evening so it's time to plan our trip back home! Thank God everyone in our area is OK.
