It was a little emotional for me on Gavin's last day of Pre-K and not just because he's now off to kindergarten but because at his program they started off with this SONG that made all the moms cry. The lyrics said something about just them being little and they're growing up and let them grow up and on and on....AHHHH...definite tear jerker.
Also, one of the moms from his class told me that at the program on Tuesday, his friend Caylan, who is a cute, little, sweet blonde girl in his class was terrified of doing her speaking part in the program. She was so nervous to speak in front of all the people and was almost in tears. Well, Caylan's mom saw Gavin go up to Caylan, put his arm around her and say "You can do it Caylan, I know you can!" And she did, she had no problems after that. See, I'm tearing up just typing it. He is so sweet (when he wants to be). Here is a picture of Caylan and Gavin...
