So confusing...

Brook and Tiff came to visit us last weekend. We went to the Horns game and just hung out. We'd been talking about their visit for a couple weeks. Finally, Gavin asked Brandy "Dad, is Brook my cousin?"  Brandy said "No, he's your godfather, actually"  Gavin thought about this for a minute and then asked what that meant. Brandy said "if something happens to mom and dad, you could go live with Brook. He would take you and Luke." Gavin said "Would I live with Tiff too?"...this was all very confusing to a 6 year old...
