So thankful...

There is a lady in my pilates class that was having problems with class today. She started crying and was trying to keep it hidden but we saw it. After class, I was talking to my instructor and the lady came back in looking for her cell phone. She then apologized to us and told us she was just having a rough couple days...she is a single mom, widowed, her husband was killed 2 years ago. She has 7 and 8 year old daughters that are very dramatic and a 2 year old boy. When we asked if there was anything we could do, she said "help me stop yelling at my kids!" Sigh... the first time I saw my husband that night I gave him a big hug.
