It looks like his nose is burned but he actually did a face first slide on the driveway!! Looks worse than it really is...Batman doesn't let that slow him down!

Yes I just did a face plant on the driveway but there are tricycles to be driven and cul-de-sacs to be played in...onward!!!!!
