Where is the Super Nanny when you need her?

I think someone should start a "Super Nanny" business. Like a local thing that you can call and say "My kid is throwing a fit and I need some help!" or "I am at HEB and I can't leave this whole cart full of food to take my kid to time out!" I guess there really only is ONE Super Nanny but if she lived in Houston, TX, she'd make a killing off me.
